Bonjour,

je n'ai pas de commentaires particuliers concernant cette
recommandation.Mais je propose qu'en ce qui concerne les principes
internationaux, les traités suivant soient ajoutés:
*la déclaration universelle de la diversité culturelle
*la déclaration universelle des droits linguistiques
*la charte africaine des droits de l'homme et des peuples
