Bonjour à tous

En rapport aux sections 9(3) et 9 (5) de cet article de Icann ByLaws, la
proposition de trois ans peut se comprendre. Mais ce que j'aimerai aussi
savoir si les trois ans proposés sont justifiés.

De toute façon, je soutiens la proposition.
