Dear Mr. Tijani.

Even though I could not make it to Brussels, I was all the while with all the while monitoring all the activities online, and I must confess that I am proud of the achievement of AFRALO at the 38th Session of ICANN.

Nurses Across the Borders endorses this African position and resolutions.
