Dear all,

 

I am sorry, I can not be with you at the meeting in Nairobi because my

Director is in Mission unscheduled and would not return until March 10,

therefore I assure the interim to manage the Agency.

 

I hope that the staff may cancel the e-ticket and the hotel booking ; I

count on your understanding

 

I will do my best to follow the meeting remotly.
