Whilst I'm sure we all understand that this is unavoidable and that you must
indeed run the Agency, I'm equally sure that I speak on behalf of many of us
when I say how disappointed it is thew the ALAC and the AfRALO, that you
will not be able to join us when there is so much opportunity to take
advantage of in an ICANN meeting held in Kenya for outreach and Regional
development...

I trust you will be able to join us remotely as great effort has been put
into ensuring that such participation is available and will run efficiently
and effectively...
