Dear all,

 

I can't say that ISOC Liberia has everything to be an accredited ALS (it
even doesn't have an official e-mail address), but I do think that it's wise
to accept it as ALS to have at least a voice from the internet users in
Liberia.

 

I advice to accredit ISOC Liberia as an AFRALO ALS.
