Dear All

On January 16th, ISOC Liberia sent us an updated ALS application and asked
us to resume the ALS application process which was suspended since July
2007. Please find the Due Diligence form attached and the updated
application form attached.

We have also contacted Anne Lord our contact person at ISOC who confirmed
that ISOC Liberia is a recognized ISOC Chapter. 

We kindly ask you to provide us with the regional advice for this
application in your capacity as At-Large Secretary for this region. Your
advice will support the ALAC review on this application.

According to our timeline for this ALS application, the due date for the
regional advice is on March 10th, 2010. 

We would like to remind you that the DD form could contain sensitive
information. Please read the form carefully before sending it off to third
parties.
