With respect to the second point, the deadlines and requirements related 
to all the open elections are published on-line as previously announced.

For the transmission of the name, it needs to go to the ALAC. Since you 
are a member of the ALAC public and working lists, you may find using 
one or more of those lists to be the most convenient mechanism for 
transmission of the region's recommendation.
