[AFRI-Discuss] Public Comment deadlines

Hello All,

Thank you Heidi for the information.  We can see that only Didier and
Mohamed have a chance to make a comment on time, by January.

However, for the External Review of ALAC, according to the discussions we
already had within AFRALO members, we agreed with the comments made at Cairo
(about issues on page 4 of the Mid-term Review).
