For reasons yet unclear, the following message from Fatimata Seye Sylla has
not been sent to the list.

Hi Hawa and All,

I have a very important meeting at work on Wednesday, Dec. 3rd and I will
not be available before 15H30 GMT  I even had to cancel my trip to Hyderabad
for professional reasons too.

If the meeting can be held later, sure, I will be happy to chair it, if not
may be someone else will do it.  But I think if more Afralo members will be
attending the IGF, it might be wiser to set up another date, IMHO.
