Hi all,

Apologize for yesterday teleconference because I had many difficult to take
part in the debate during teleconference . every 2 or 3 minutes,
interruption has cut contact .
So this morning I start to discuss with GSM operator of my network and I
will change also my mobile phone.

Since I come back from Cairo , I restart consultations with local structures
who are volontary want to become a Atlarge member. Like I said yesteraday,
they need to have a regularly a feedback of each Icann meeting, allowing
them to give contributions.
We have among them network adminstrators, webmasters,informatic
ingeniors...But we have also others internet users living  in different
local government who want also to be involved in At large community.

Localy, we don't have a partner who can give any support to organize this
feedback even we can give our small contribution.

So it should be very important and urgent for Icann to previous budget for
this activity in national level once or twice each year.
