About translation , we discussed about it with some resources persons plate
forme when we are worked on workshop of civil society contribution in
Internet governance process.
Many actors are a big difficult to participate in any debate because some of
them understand english but can't speak, the other one has difficult to have
a permanent internet connection. So we are planed to create a lot of
telecentre with various service and Internet towards the country.We are
discussed on workshop held from 23 to 25 Octobre in Kinshasa. Activities of
workshop are focalised on how to perenise telecentre in DR Congo.
