Thanks for the comment re: the process - and yes, the open position is for a two-year term.

We are preparing a note for all the regions related to their secretariat and officer positions similar to that for the ALAC positions as in many RALOs these positions are also up for election.

This looks good to me, thanks :)

I also believe that we have agreed that this will be for a 2 year
term.  Allowing us annual elections on a staggered basis (i.e.
Mohammeds seat will be re-elected next year)
