To follow up on the message sent to you on Tuesday, I kindly remind you to submit your available dates to the Doodle calendar. Given the fact that there are only a few days left until the next regularly scheduled AFRALO teleconference and in order to make sure we will have interpretation in French and English, I suggest that we keep the initial date for this meeting:

Wednesday September 3rd 1300 UTC.

Please fill out the Doodle calendar in the meantime, so that we can discuss the scheduling of following teleconferences next Wednesday. Remember to FLAG ALL boxes that work for you and not only the ones you prefer. Otherwise, it will be difficult to find a suitable date for everybody. Please remember that the suggested slots refer to the first weekdays of each month. Thank you.

Dear AFRALO members,

As decided at the last AFRALO conference call, we are trying to find an
alternative slot for the monthly AFRALO teleconference currently scheduled
on the first Wednesday of the month. Under the following URL, you will find
a couple of proposed slots:

Please FLAG ALL boxes that would work for you. We are aiming for a slot that
we can keep in the coming months. The slots therefore refer to the first
weekday of each month. In other words, if you choose Monday September 1st,
