[AFRI-Discuss] ALS applications

Dear Alan,

The CLUSIT application was indeed destined for Europe who were copied into
the email, there was one application for Europe and one for Africa. A little
confusing of me to send them in the same email I know and I will ensure that
moving forward I don't do that again.
