[NA-Discuss] Interesting reseach on IETF

Dr.  Corinne J.N. Cath-Speth, Changing Minds and Machines: A Case Study of
Human Rights Advocacy in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)
This is her PhD work,  an anthropological study of the IETF.  Its
interesting that a number of the NCUC people contributed to the work but of
the 65 interviews I did not see anyone from ATLARGE except  Avri Doria who
straddles both communities. Regardless, it's an interesting research paper
on the IETF culture
