Recently we had a session for the Virtual School of Internet Governance
with Policy Expert  Mr. Jim Prendergrast of Galway Consulting discussing
the policy process at ICANN.  This is an excellent overview on how the
policy process works. Jim has been working in the shadows for a long time
and his insights are valuable
