The original dates corresponded to ARIN meeting of Oct 20 and 21st
The revised dates are
Departure  on Oct 18th
GA  dates  oct 19 and oct 20
Departure  on Oct 21st ( Arin meeting is optional, note this meeting
finishes at 2 pm )

More details expected from staff who is working on logistics ,  meeting
today with staff on details
