implementation at ICANN.

motivation that brought Accessibility discussions to ICANN? Where is the  
intersection among DNS, Accessibility, and ICANN? What is the perception of  
how well is Accessibility understood within ICANN communities? Is  
Accessibility considered during policy development processes? How do  
Accessibility considerations affect the ICANN requirement to serve the  
global public interest? What can be recommended to make sure that
