[NA-Discuss] Fwd: ABR Request for VSIG

I totally approve of this ABR request. It is very little money for the 
number of people impacted. Potential for bringing new members into the 
ICANN multistakeholder system is high. Students are getting a deep 
background on Internet governance which will stimulate interest in 
joining our community.
