The FCC voted a few weeks ago to adopt an Order that would eliminate Net
Neutrality rules (which classified broadband as Title II and established
rules that would prohibit blocking content, throttling speeds, and paid
prioritization). The policy brief provided via the link below reviews the
new Order and discusses responses from legislators, states, and others.
