As promised here is the second proposal for the  ICANN ABR for FY 20.  Its
the proposal for training ATLARGE members on preparing quality policy
comments.  The NCUC conducted a webinar and face to face session early in
the year in San Juan, PR.
Please review and comment on the proposal for the evaluation of the FBSC.
