[NA-Discuss] ARIN Policy on Community Networks

Yes, I did speak to Alyssa Moore (from Cybera in Alberta) who is one of
the shepherds during the meeting and she is very amenable to helping us
get this through. But it would also be good to speak to one of the
people who originally got this policy on the books whose name was (I
think) David Farmer.
