[NA-Discuss] IMPORTANT : BOARD ELECTION

Hi Seth,

This is an election for the At-Large appointment to the ICANN Board of
Directors.

There are 20 voters -- the 15 ALAC members, and the five RALO chairs
(supposedly representing the will of their respective regions).

Alan is an ALAC member representing NARALO -- but he is a candidate, so he
cannot also be a voter.
This call is for people prepared to serve as a voter in Alan's place.

As someone who was involved in designing the Board selection process and
was once a candidate, I would be interested in this role.
