Thanks Glenn,

I heartily support this proposal. Montreal is a great city and inexpensive
to travel to from the northeast, Co-ordinating with ARIN, with which we
have just agreed to a MOU (to be signed in Singapore) would be better still.

As Acting Chair I would like to formally call for regional consensus on
this, as the deadline for proposals occurs before the next formal NARALO
call.

Please reply to this email indicating support or opposition to this
proposal ASAP.
