[NA-Discuss] Opportunity for ALSes to serve as Hub at ICANN52

Hello Joly and All,

While the ICANN 52 schedule has been published, it will likely change in the
upcoming few days. Due to the time constrain, on the application we can only
ask applicants to indicate the days that they plan to operate the remote
hub. However, ICANN IT team will inform the applicants about the details
during the assessment period.
