[NA-Discuss] VOTE RESULTS: 2013 NARALO Secretary Selection

This was not a new announcement but a re-affirmation that the 
reporting structure would continue as the gTLD structure is cleaved 
off. It is a relationship that the ATRT-2 is looking at carefully in 
its review of the WHOIS RT implementation review.
