[NA-Discuss] VOTE RESULTS: 2013 NARALO Secretary Selection

The current rules call for the position to be filled by a person or 
an organization. I could easily construe the latter to be two 
individuals, or we could explicitly change the rules to allow this. 
However, the question is whether the nature of the work allows it to 
be readily segmented or not. There would, of course, not be a 2nd 
travel slot associated with it,
