Hi,

Yes, I used the Travisa travel service.
Cheaper than traveling to NYC twice.

Actually would have been thrice, as I was also asked to show them a previous visa that was on a previous passport that I would not have thought to bring with me.

I have my visa.  Now I just need to work out flights.
