[NA-Discuss] Travel Issues Sub-Report and China Visa

I received a reminder from Joseph last Wednesday 
asking that anyone with questions (or presumably problems) contact him.

I hope that others received it as well, and 
suggest that if you are still having issues, contact him immediately.
