Hi,

Just so you know, it was the JAS working group that recommended volunteers, and in fact insisted on it when it looked like ICANN may decide to hire another one of its specialist panels.

So if it is anyone's fault, it is ours (those of us who were  on JAS)

BTW, I think it is an important task and I hope people who have the skills they are looking for do  volunteer.
