Folks,

Kevin Murphy is reporting that "ICANN has introduced background checks for 
companies applying for accreditation." "Introduced" as in: never been done 
before. I was under the impression they always did this, but it explains why 
there are so many rogue Registrars. It supports the contention that they 
have not been properly vetting Registrars from the get go.
