1) How do you define "end-user," "consumer," "registrant," and where do those terms intersect? 

2) Does ICANN do an adequate job of responding to the concerns of [end-user, consumer, registrant] in your view?

3) Evaluate this statement: "The [end-user, consumer, registrant} has no role in ICANN."

3) What is ICANN's scope? Does it include enforcement of provisions in the Registrar Accreditation Agreement?

4) Would you characterize WHOIS as:
a) A violation of privacy 
b) A worthwhile tool for accountability, if it worked as it's supposed to
c) An outmoded concept that should be done away with
d) A failure that needs revamping so it works uniformly as intended
