Thanks for your message. We are currently finalizing the due diligence for Papergate, LLC and expect to be able to send the information to the NA-Discuss list in the next day or so. 

Regarding ISOC NY, this organization was accepted as a certified ALS in July 2008 and was announced on NA-Discuss on July 29, 2008: http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/pipermail/na-discuss_atlarge-lists.icann.org/2008-July/002449.html.
