I like this article because it's one of the few I've seen that bring
ICANN issues into lay language.
However, I wonder about the statement that 85% of UDRP claims are
settled in favour of the complainant. Is that really because so many of
the disputes are over clear cases of cybersquatting? Or are legitimate
good-faith uses of trademark names as domains being trampled on?
