[NA-Discuss] [ALAC-Internal] ALS application from Papergate

I am also wondering how they came to our list.  Usually a new ALS is recruited and somebody is able to vouch for them but I haven't heard anything like this on Papergate.  Yes, due diligence will be very important on this one since none of us knows them (so far).

I agree with Beau on this -  due diligence is indeed required.

I wonder how new this organisation is.  There is only one person's 
name mentioned, there are no functioning Web sites.
