[NA-Discuss] FW: NARALO GA: Agenda and Organizational Details

I'm not going to debate it, but the at large has huge influence in the  
NomComm and specific constituencies have very little say in policy  
development - which gets watered down even more as new constituencies  
are implemented (and the weight of a vote for the GNSO board seat also  
becomes diminished). I think, but haven't clearly determined yet, that  
the new structure will also amplify this.

Also, i'm not saying "don't do it", I'm saying "don't lose your  
influence in the NComm..."
