On the positive side, Tricia and the BGC have essentially gutted the 
worst of Westlake and produced a recommendaton I can support as a step 
in the right direction. I can't say that they heard your specific 
comments but they obviously did heed some of the comments that disputed 
Westlake's report.

The Cairo response to the ALAC review process was far more positive than 
it was in Paris.
