[NA-Discuss] Operationan Plan and Budget for 2009

I agree with Alan that we should see a breakdown of At-Large and ALAC 
budgets. If the analysis is accurate (I didn't check it out but some of 
you did), then I suggest that we support the statement and reinforce it 
by adding something like this:

«Confirming ICANN's priority to include At Large as the representative 
constituency  that will work closely with ICANN  to insure global 
engagement towards the communities of users and increase international 
participation involving the public, through At Large efforts in 
particular.»

«Confirming ICANN's support to At Large participation to strengthen the 
multi-stakeholder model»...which also means improving the overall budget.
