 *   Review the provisions of the Accountability and Transparency Frameworks at http://www.icann.org/en/transparency/acct-trans-frameworks-principles-10jan08.pdf. In particular, on page 10, you should see "Responding to Information Requests"
 *   Transmit your request to kieren.mccarthy at icann.org, and copy john.jeffrey at icann.org (the General Counsel). Please copy in staff at atlarge.icann.org so we can help track things internally for you, too.

When constructing your request, what we can suggest is that you should be as specific as possible, and take into account the rationales in the ATF that are relevant.
