[NA-Discuss] Final Text of Letter to Paul Twomey

Hello all,

Just as a matter of explanation, to those who were not on today's
conference call:

We discussed Danny's proposal -- to send a letter to Paul Twomey (and CC
others) regarding the holding to his promise to have a review of the
registrar accreditation process. It was agreed that Danny would send a
final draft to this list -- if no objections were raised I would send
this letter in my capacity as chair of NARALO.

(There was a discussion on whether to ask ALAC to send it. However
consensus at the meeting was that NARALO should initiate this because
some of the root causes for Twomey's promise (i.e., RegisterFly) came
out of this region.)
