We (the ALAC) needs to act on and ratify the comments on the RAA. Those were supposed to be finalized and to Tim Cole by the end of August. We can't wait now until our monthly ALAC call in October. Maybe this can be a test case where we try to figure out how to move ahead on something.

Generally agree, but I put this note on the internal list to spark some thinking and then have the discussion in a venue where all folks have a reasonable chance of participating in it (which to date is not one of our mailings lists).
