Dear all, 

This is to inform you that the next NARALO teleconference has been moved to
17 November at 1900 UTC as several community members will be unavailable in
the days following the ICANN Cairo meeting.  A draft agenda for the next
teleconference will be sent to this list a couple of days before the
meeting.
