I agree we should not have a meeting on that day; I thought it was
originally on the exception list when we adopted the general "second
Monday" routine.

Our obvious choices are Tuesday Oct 14 or Monday, Oct 20. Between the
two, what is the preference? Given the lateness of the change I
suggest Oct 20.
