A reminder a bit earlier would have been useful.

And I presume that this call was not really held starting at 4 am 
EST, 1 am PST (incidentally 15 minutes after I got off another 
ill-timed conference call).

My apologies for missing the call, but I had a prior engagement and 
only received this mail after I returned.
