I received a similar email; in addition, Frederic and I have had a
lengthy discussion on Skype about these issues.

I am delighted to have Frederic on board. He has the skill and
enthusiasm to do some great things with us (meaning At-Large) ... *if*
we are good at utilizing his skills. He is certainly accessible (his
skype ID is 'frederic.teboul').

I will be working with him to start the first few Policy Briefs as I
have advanced them at ALAC (apparently the format was endorsed at the
last ALAC meeting earlier this week).

I am not certain that Frederic needs a consensus statement from us on
these questions; I invite every member of NARALO to introduce yourself
and engage him with your ideas. He is fairly new to the concept of
At-Large (in reality, who isn't?) and appears eager to work with us as
best as he is able. I welcome his participation.
