At-Large Structure, the Pacific Network Community Association and Bev
Collins, PCNA's representative to ICANN.

Bev, I hope you'll find this mailing list useful in both bringing you up
to speed on ICANN issues (if you're not there already) as well as
providing a well-read forum for your views and contributions. There are
no dumb questions and no shortage of people here who are well versed in
ICANN's history, culture and ... idiosyncrasies. :-)
