That does it. I am tired of these repeated personal attacks.

Effective immediately, Williams is suspended from the NA-Discuss list
for a period of one month.

If once reinstated after one month the behaviour continues, the
subsequent suspension will last one year.

As in the previous instance of this action, I take responsibility for
doing this as under my responsibilities and obligations as chair of
NARALO. This action affects only the na-discuss mailing list and no
others.
