"At-Large Advisory Committee Statement.  To the ICANN
Board on the Board Governance Committee’s
Recommendations for Improvements to the Generic Names

Would you be good enough to inform us when the ALAC
formally convened and ratified this document through a
voting process?  Please let us know the voting tally
and which committee members voted in favor and which
were opposed.
