Danny and all,

With all due respect, although I, nor any of our members
advocate eliminating the AGP, and in that the consensus
of the ALAC/ALS'es was to do so, keeping the AGP only
serves to exacerbate the Credit Card fraud problem rather
than manage it. In fact requiring a credit card to register
a domain name in the first place also only exacerbates the
credit card fraud problem, rather than manage it, all for
what I would think are obvious reasons...

Additionally, requiring any potential registrant to use
a credit card to register a domain name is decidedly a
restraint of trade, as well as a huge potential for
exposier of IDtheft.
